[Shape] This product is a white film-coated tablet.
[Indications] Arrhythmia*, angina pectoris*. Moderate to severe chronic stable heart failure with hyposystolic ventricular function (ejection fraction <35%, as determined by echocardiography). Before using this product, it is necessary to accept ACE inhibitors and selective use of cardiac glycosides as prescribed by a doctor.
[Contradictions]* Shock, atrioventricular conduction disorder (second and third-degree atrioventricular block), sick sinus syndrome, sinoatrial block, bradycardia (less than 50/min), hypotension, bronchial asthma and peripheral. Patients with advanced circulatory disorders are prohibited from taking this product.
[Usage and dosage] Take this product with meals, take the whole tablet with water, and do not chew. Usually once a day, 2 tablets each time. The maximum recommended dose is 4 tablets once daily. This product is not lethal with food.
[Adverse Reactions]
(1) Mild Fatigue, chest tightness, dizziness, bradycardia, drowsiness, palpitations, headache, etc. may occur at the initial stage of taking the drug. Be careful to avoid strenuous exercise. After continuing to take the drug, it will automatically get reduced or disappear.
(2) Occasionally, blood pressure drops significantly, causing slow pulse or atrioventricular conduction disorder.
(3) Occasional tingling or cold limbs, and in rare cases, muscle weakness, muscle cramps and lack of tears.
(4) Occasional gastrointestinal nausea, vomiting, and anorexia
(5) Fatigue, abnormal sleep and mental disorder (such as depression, hallucinations) and other symptoms are occasionally seen in the nervous system in the early stage of taking medicine.
(6) Patients with original myocardial insufficiency in the early stage of taking the medicine may have aggravated disease.
[Storage] Sealed and stored in a cool and dark place (avoid light and temperature not exceeding 20 C).

- Arrhythmia is a problem with the rate or rhythm of your heartbeat. It means that your heart beats too quickly, too slowly, or with an irregular pattern.
- Angina Pectoris is defined as substernal chest pain, pressure, or discomfort that is typically exacerbated by exertion and/or emotional stress that lasts greater than 60 seconds and is relieved by rest and nitroglycerin. This is basically the cause why Lucien got something akin to a heart attack when he’s with MC. His newfound emotions that were caused by her put so much stress on his heart, literally.
- (fun fact; There’s a bottle of nitroglycerin on his in too deep karma which can provide temporary relief to his angina-)
- Chronic stable heart failure is a long-term condition that gets worse over time. It means the heart isn’t able to pump blood as well as it should. When the heart has less pumping power, that can damage the organs and fluid can collect in the lungs. It’s different from a heart attack.
- Contradiction is anything (including a symptom or medical condition) that is a reason for a person to not receive a particular treatment or procedure because it may be harmful. This means Lucien doesn’t have anything that is mentioned in contradiction hopefully, so I won’t define them one by one.
- This medicine might be the cause of his hallucination and depression. Also, since they were something that happens in the early stage of taking the medicine, it’s implied that his heart problem only got worse recently that he has to take medicine. The emotional and physical stress that he put through himself might be the cause of his worsening heart condition.
- In short, his heart is fucked beyond repair, and love made it worse.
- But don’t worry! he still can live a normal life if he rests well and does not overexert himself :), the damage might not be reversible but at least his heart still pumping blood.
